AP local candidate (studied in AP for 4 consecutive years) OR parent posted in AP government/PSU/defence. NRI / Outside-state candidates can apply for NRI/Management quota seats.

45% aggregate in PCM for General and OBC candidates. 40% for SC/ST/EWS candidates as per AP reservation policy.

APSCHE Counselling Process 2026

Certificate Verification at HLC

Candidates must physically visit a Help Line Centre (HLC) with original documents for verification. Required documents: 10th, 12th marksheets, rank card, caste certificate, Aadhaar, domicile/study certificate.

Online Registration & Fee Payment

Register on the APSCHE counselling portal (apeamcet-sche.aptonline.in). Pay the processing fee online. Generate and download your registration number for all future logins.

Web Options Entry (Up to 200 choices)

Fill college-branch combinations in order of preference. AP has 800+ colleges — use KollegeX's predictor to shortlist strategically. Lock choices before the deadline.

Seat Allotment — Phase 1 & Phase 2

APSCHE runs 2 main allotment phases plus spot admission rounds. After Phase 1: accept the seat or slide (same college, better branch). After Phase 2: accept-and-join or participate in spot admissions.

Spot Admissions

Remaining vacant seats are filled through spot admissions at Help Line Centres. Candidates attend in person with required documents. Seat allocation is done on-the-spot based on rank and availability.
