Indian Institute of Fire Engineering (IIFE), Nagpur was established in 1996 and it is registered Under Government society Act 1860 (Regd. No. MAH-365/97). The college is affiliated with Maharashtra Board of Technical Education (MSBTE). It is recognized by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). The college offers Certificate course in Fire Engineering Safety Management, Advance Diploma and Diploma course in Fire and Safety Management and Diploma program in fire service Engineering. IIFE provides campus placement to all students. It is a training provider institute for Indian Navy, Indian Railway and many others multinational companies. Many students of this college are working in Government, Semi Government, Indian Railway, Public Sectors and various companies such as TISCO, Tata Motor, Honda Motors, Samsung, LG Electronics Hind Alco, IPCL, etc. Every year admissions begin in month of June-July.
