Facilities The Greek Wings Institute of Hotel Management has a big, vibrant, positive, and fully-furnished campus and all kinds of basic to advanced amenities are available here so that students under the supervision of their teachers can work on innovative ideas. In addition, state-of-the-art infrastructure has been developed to teach essential cooking and hotel management skills. Following are some of the facilities the institute has developed for all its stakeholders. Smart Classrooms: Greek Wings has commodious, technology-enabled, and air-conditioned classrooms where daily lectures are held by faculty members using animation videos, PPT, and other innovative pedagogies, etc. In addition, interesting activities are conducted in these classrooms so that students take part in discussions and enhance their knowledge. All classes are well-resourced with amenities like a ceiling mount projector, a screen connected to computers having an internet connection, and audio-video devices. Library: “As students are the source of strength for an institution, the Library acts as its backbone”. Hence a huge and aesthetic Library has been established by the college on its campus and here an exclusive collection of books on Arts, Science, Commerce, Business Administration, Computers, and Hotel Management followed by Travel and Tourism Management along with Periodicals, Journals, Magazines, CDs/DVDs, Newspapers and a reference section with several Encyclopedias are available here. Hostels: To give a home-like ambiance to students away from their homes, so that they can feel safe and comfortable while chasing their dreams, the Greek Wings Institute of Hotel Management offers separate accommodation facilities to both girls and boys. These hostels are well-resourced with facilities like spacious rooms with attached washrooms, beds, tables, a stationery shop, air cooler or AC as needed, 24*7 power and internet connectivity, mess, etc. Communication Center: To enhance the communication skills of students so that language barriers don't become a hurdle in their career growth, the college has developed a full-fledged and technology-integrated Communication Center on campus. In addition to soft skills communication activities, mock interviews, and group discussions, along with extempore are held at this place. Medical and Security: Enough arrangements have been made by the college to deal with any kind of health emergency and provide much-needed consultation and medical support to needy ones. Also, security guards are employed and CCTV cameras are installed all over the campus to ensure the security of every person. Modern Training Kitchen: The college also has an avant-garde training kitchen, where students learn the art of preparing ingredients and a variety of food items, handling equipment, and serving it to customers. Once students gain a basic level of knowledge, they are given advanced training in multi-cuisine preparation including Indian, Oriental, Continental, Chinese, Mexican, etc. In other words, this kitchen prepares students for challenges they might face in an outside competitive world cum hotel management industry.
