The Heritage Academy, Kolkata was established in the year 2007 by the Kalyan Bharti Trust. It is affiliated to the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology . The Department of Media Science, The Heritage Academy is ranked No. 1 by Education World in West Bengal for 2023. The Heritage Academy offers BBA, BCA, B.Sc- Cyber Security, B.Sc-Media Science at UG level. The Heritage Academy offers M.Sc-Media Science at PG level. Admission to UG & PG courses is based on Common Entrance Test conducted by the University. Candidate has to appear for CET to get admission to Media Science course. The institute provides placements with good package to its students. The Career Development Cell organises workshops, seminars for the overall development of the students. - The teachers are good they teach properly they interact very welll but mostlt in bengali they speak nd teavh as well in bengali but they do solve the problem and are friendly with the students and help the students.
- Big companies like deloitte, e and y, wipro, and mindtree came into the college for placements and hired a huge number of candidates.
- The canteen is really cheap and honestly has the best food.
