Indian Association for the Cultivation of Science, popularly known as IACS Kolkata, was established in 1976 and is located in Kolkata, West Bengal . The university offers integrated programs and doctoral-level and postdoctoral-level programs, including BSc + MSc, MSc + PhD, and PhD. The university offers these programs. BSc + MSc offered as a flagship program at IACS; the eligibility criteria for this program are that candidates must be qualified in 10 + 2 in the science stream and qualify in UPST (UG pre-Interview Screening test) . IACS Located in South Kolkata, the Institute is adjacent to Jadavpur University and the Indian Institute of Chemical Biology.
