Facilities The green and expansive campus of BITS Law School is situated in Hiranandani Knowledge Park of Powai - Mumbai on 55,000 square feet of land and has a very positive, collaborative and supportive environment for everyone. Sports and Gym: For the purpose of keeping it's students physically fit and mentally healthy so that they can develop essential skills to develop in the dynamic world of law and business, the institution has established sufficient facilities for them to enjoy a diverse kind of indoor and outdoor sports activities and games like Cricket, Volleyball, Badminton, Table Tennis, Carom, Chess and Basketball. Then there is a separate full-fledged gym area with latest and high-quality equipment where students can do different kinds of exercises. Canteen: A big, aesthetically developed and amazing canteen also exists on campus and the sole purpose of college here is to provide delicious, fresh and a wide variety of snacks, lunch and dinner meals to both students and staff members at an affordable price. Also, all the food items are prepared in strict supervision of college staff and students visit this place not only to enjoy their food but to chit chat with their peers and rejuvenate themselves. Moot Court: Just like every other course, Law also demands practical knowledge and exposure from those who wish to make a thriving career in it, hence Mumbai based BITS Law School has established a avant-garde Moot Court on its campus which is nothing but a simulation environment of actual court or arbitration proceeding in an adversarial system comprising a judge or a panel of judges, opposing parties, litigators, and the common public. Here students with the support of their professors, learn how to present arguments, do research, draft case, negotiate or debate in the real world for different kinds of cases involving criminal law, environmental law, human rights law, competition law, intellectual property law, contract law, mergers & acquisitions, bankruptcy & insolvency, international trade law, and much more. Along with this, mooting helps students develop confidence, essential communication skills, strengthen research abilities, and enhance the employability prospects.
