The aim here is to help teachers smoothly deliver lectures, and students to understand even the most complex topics lucidly. Each classroom is equipped with state-of-the-art Audio-Visual aids, the latest technologies, multimedia projectors, and the Internet. The seating arrangement is also very comfortable. IT Lab: A dedicated, and new-gen IT Center has been established on the campus of IHRM, to make students digitally proficient, and assist everyone in improving their knowledge by making the best use of online learning platforms. Computers with the latest configurations and required software are installed here, and each system is connected to the other one by high-speed internet connectivity. Both students and teachers use this lab to do online research, make presentations, complete assignments and projects, etc. Practical Lab: To provide much-needed hands-on exposure and skills to students, enough practical arrangements have been established by the college. The following labs are there for students to efficiently carry out experiments and research work under the supervision of trained personnel. It hosts an extensively rich collection of textbooks, reference books, National/International journals, Magazines, and Newspapers, research papers, previous year's papers but also has amazing seating arrangements. Latest facilities like CES and RS service are also available here. Hostels: To give a homely environment to students away from their homes so that they can comfortably, and safely pursue their dreams, separate accommodation facilities are offered by the IHRM Kolkata to both girls and boys. These hostels have amenities such as clean, shared, and spacious rooms along with 24*7 electricity and water supply, a Wi-Fi facility, and a mess to serve delicious foods to all. A recreational space has also been developed for students to rejuvenate themselves. Security of students and daily operations are further managed by CCTV Cameras and Wardens respectively. Auditorium: An avant-garde Auditorium has been developed by the institute and events such as conferences, and cultural fests along with guest lectures, and project presentations are organized here on a regular basis. Medical Room: The IHRM has a dedicated Medical Room to deal with any kind of health emergency related to students and staff members. First-aid support and Doctor consultation are also provided to those who need it.
